1 on 1 (cost is $60 per session)
This is a one on one personalized class with Coach Brandon.
This program includes a weekly journal of your progress, monthly measurements,
body fat percentage and weight track. We will discuss eating habits and Coach
Brandon will educate and help manage a healthy life style. This is for the
person who is dedicated in making a change.
Semi Private Class:
Max size is 4 people per class.
This class is designed to help people tone and get the
ultimate results they desire while having fun, laughing and training hard.
These classes will include exercises such as kettlebell training, body weight
training, TRX training, Muay Thai / Kick Boxing and much more….
Kick Boxing: Max size per class is 4 (cost is $20 per person)
This class is great for both fitness and self-empowerment. You
will work in groups of two and will get to strike and hold pads. This is a
great workout for both the Mind and the Body.
Our maximum class size is 4 people. This is so the coach
will have enough time to focus on individuals and teach and correct every ones
mistakes. This is not a class where you come and listen to a person give
orders, this is more individualized and every one gets a chance to learn
equally. The coach will help people grow and reach their personal goals without
any injuries or anyone feeling left out.
Brandon has a guarantee that if you feel that the class did
not meet your expectations you will get a refund.
